Judy Nunn actor and author, writes fondly of her childhood in Perth , Western Australia . “Mine was an idyllic childhood. A very dear friend once remarked that the river had been 'my playground,' and she was quite right. Our home was on the banks of the beautiful Swan River and my big brother Robert and I grew up swimming and boating, crabbing, prawning and diving for the mussels that grew in abundance on the pylons of Claremont Jetty.” Judy is an icon of Australian theatre and television who will be remembered for her famous roles in such shows as, The Box, Sons &Daughters and twelve years with the international hit Home & Away . Judy is now firmly established as an international popular fiction writer after eight straight best-selling adult novels including Territory, Pacific and her latest Heritage . In Europe she is published in French, Dutch, Czech and German. Her first forays into writing were children's novels. She co-authored The Riddle of the Trumpalar and The Challenge of the Trumpalar with Patricia Bernard and Fiona Waite under the nom de plume, Judy Bernard-Waite, before writing Eye in the Storm and its sequel, Eye in the City .
