Outed - Central Victoria, ABC Interview
Followers of this site will probably know that I'm extremely personal publicity-phobic. So you can imagine the heart palpitations when ABC Central Victoria Radio got in touch and wanted to do a video / photographic interview. Needless to say - no chance :)
But they did compromise on a written interview and kindly posted it yesterday:

Now as you also know AustCrimeFiction isn't a blog. It's a resource, or a portal, or a thumping great monster of a thing that sometimes can seem overwhelming, but I never wanted it to be just a blog - hence the author and book databases, the reviews, the occasional blog posting and whatever else my little heart desires.
But it's mostly about the books. There are so many fantastic books coming out of Australia and New Zealand, and so many great things happening in Crime Fiction and True Crime writing down here that its a privilege to wave the flag a little. And if this site can possibly steer some reader out there to the local product - then job done.
Thanks to Corey from ABC Central Vic for posting the site details - hopefully you'll find the interview worthwhile and will keep an eye on the site for books that might interest your reading urge.
