Welcome to the City. A place where Salvation is a large red neon sign and truth is as flammable as an acrylic sun frock. This is high camp film noir, written for those who like their humour rich and black - from Kiki, the self styled evangelist on a mission from God, to the Reverend, a former child molester and the current Investment Manager for the Church of the Second Coming; from Toshio Iwata, would-be purchaser of a large piece of fibreglass fruit, to the sisters of the Transglobal Lesbian Coalition - the story is a lurid tabloid tapestry of off-the -wall characters in a city where too much religion and intrigue is barely enough.
Whoops - sorry, so far I've not added any other entries about this book to the website (yet).
